There are many out there whom espouse never linking off your site. This has always made me laugh. I guess the common perception is that if the content is relevant to the user, it ALL should be located on your site.

My goal with website content and design (counting this site – my own) has been to provide as much value to the user as possible. If this includes linking to other sites, that’s a chance I’m willing to take. Last I checked, there are others out there that, on occasion, know more than I.
